Asset Management
Asset management provides means to collect information on non PROFINET automation components, that are connected to PROFINET networked devices. These components are not part of the PROFINET system, but the collected information will facilitate troubleshooting and exchange of faulty components. The host application can describe up to 32 different non PROFINET components in the instances of the Asset Management Object.
